In no way shape or form have I ever owed any debt to XXXX XXXX or State Collection Services, yet both have tradelines on my credit reports for a fraudulent debt that they are trying to pin on me. I have NEVER been to XXXX XXXX for ANY REASON EVERnever received any kind of servicesdont even know the actual location of said place at all, so for them to say I owe them over {$2000.00} is insane.!! My personal identifying information has been compromised for years such as my SSN card, license, wallet, cards, passport, etc. were all stolen. So the culprit clearly has been on a rampage opening fake accounts, and using my information to obtain servicesI have told these people time after time this debt is fraudulent, but they are so money hungry that they dont want to listen. So this is your final warning. Formal litigation has already been filed against both XXXX XXXX and State Collection as they have been warned multiple times of this being fraudulent. And yet they still will do nothing. So my attorney has already proceeded with motions against both companies, and damages will be paid to me as we will win because you all allowed services to be placed on my name.
