On XX/XX/XXXX, my bank of america account got closed with literally no reason and after that i was informed that i will get the balance with check by mail. They said they sent it on XX/XX/XXXX, but i still didnt get the check. I got tracking number from them but on XXXX system, they only created label of package and it is not even arrive to XXXX. I tried to solve the problem by informing the situation to both BOA and XXXX, but i m getting any specific solution or update about my check Please help me out with this matter as the amount of money is big and important for me
