I have been a member since XXXX, and have never received ANY line increase. I have tried numerous times over the years with no success. XXXX was the credit bureau of choice that citibank used to make the determinations. My current XXXX score is XXXX, and yet I'm still being denied. This is a violation of 15 U.S.C. 1602 ( f ), and 15 U.S.C 1 & 2. I have escalated the situation on social media in which the citi bank team reached out to me via XXXX ( XXXX ), email, and a phone call from the XXXX office on XX/XX/XXXX to my knowledge. Unfortunately, I was not able to finish conducting a conversation because my infant son was born XX/XX/XXXX, and is still currently receiving treatment for XXXX in the XXXX. When I am in need of the use of my extended " credit '' there should be no reason I am not able to use it. Citibank also received a lawful payment from me via mail, but was never credited to the account. XXXX XXXX XXXX.
