I was notified by Bank of America online by emails they have requested me to submit relevant evidence and supporting documentation to help with several disputes with merchants. I am more than happy to provided these to them but they seemed have blocked the fucntions for me to view the claims under the Online Message Center in Bank of Americas online portal even after I logged in. I have contacted Bank of Americas customer service several times already by dialing the numbers on the backside of my card, which costed me at least 6 hours of my own personal time regarding this matter. Having spoke to several agents at BOA, they said themselves and their XXXX were not able to provide any reasons or instructions to solve this.
