Chase XXXX credit card : I purchased a XXXX garage door keypad {$57.00} from XXXX 's seller named XXXX XX/XX/year>. I received it and tried to program it with no success. I contacted XXXX through their chat program and was told I had to contact XXXX directly. I then contacted XXXX and the seller agreed to a refund : See uploaded screenshot. I then contacted XXXX customer service and the representative state " it will never work it's a XXXX knockoff ' ''. I then contacted XXXX through their chat program again and they refused to refund my money and would not give me access to a pre printed return label to the seller. I disputed it again and it was denied. I contacted Chase ( my credit card ) after that and sent them documentation supporting my dispute and they refused to credit my account for {$57.00}. So, XXXX first refused my refund and then Chase refused my credit of {$57.00}. I filed a complaint with the FTC and my report number is XXXX.
