Rocket Mortgage LLC violated following Rules, Regulation & Laws but not limited only the followings, XXXX ) Failed to provide me Loan Modification without any Documents as per the Guidelines of XXXX XXXX. XXXX ) Failed to provide me Loan Modification after XXXX days default without any Documents as per the Guidelines of XXXX XXXX. XXXX ) Failed to provide XXXX days advance Notification of any Loan Transfers from it's date of Loan Transfer & I challenge the Loan Transfer at this time as I failed to get the Benefits & Reliefs available to me as per US Federal & Maryland State Laws & XXXX XXXX Guidelines. XXXX ) Failed to reduce the Interest Bearing Principal Amount even after receiving the Full Appraisal from a Licensed Appraiser. XXXX ) Conspire against a Person of Color, Minority, XXXX American & Immigrant like me to not offer all the Benefits & Reliefs available to me as per US Federal & Maryland State Laws & XXXX XXXX Guidelines. XXXX ) Pressure to sign a Application for Assistance by Possibly asking for documents that violate the US Federal & Maryland State Laws & XXXX XXXX Guidelines & asking for a Waiver for any Legal Consequences, which is totally unlawful to my personal opinion. XXXX ) Burden me to pay XXXX months Mortgage willfully to pressure me & creating a willful default to Foreclose the Property & to bring on the Road because I am a Minority, Person of XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX ) Please correct the wrongdoing & offer me Loan Modifications before Loan Transfer. XXXX ) Legal Action will be taken against you all soon. Please make a note of the above listed violations in my personal opinion & take immediate action to correct them before the Loan Transfer. XXXX ) Failed to Offered me Loan Modification under XXXX Loan Modification without any Income Verification even after sending me an email in writing & later asked several unlawful documents which was not required by XXXX Loan Modification. Reported Negatively in my Credit to harm me as I demanded Equal Rights under XXXX Loan Modification.
