I opened a checking account at the citibank location in XXXX XXXX New York on XX/XX/XXXX. Today is now XX/XX/XXXX my account was closed. I come to the location to see no one is able to help me. My account was made for direct deposits for my job, so I wasnt able to deposit money the day I opened it. They are saying its fraud when I havent even put any money into the account yet.
