There was a purchase on my walled Apple Card for {$75.00} on XX/XX/year> for a company called adobes however the purchase was from XXXX debit card. I called XXXX to demand a refund and I did a dispute waited XXXX hours got an email saying it was denied because I made the purchase I never agreed to this transaction my phone was missing my daughter is XXXX and made this transaction to get another program they never took that into consideration so I called XXXX to get a refund and the service XXXX is telling me to contact XXXX the fund was taken. By XXXX the subscription was a yearly subscription now they are telling me the subscription was cancelled and I dont have access to to the plan however the fund was taken for a year Ive spoke with rep and support no one can help me XXXX tells me that I will get an email or a call back never get XXXX is been a month I was my funds back
