I filed complaint XXXX, when Bank of America 's `` autopay '' system apparently failed to take the due autopayment of {$0.00}, and subsequently charged me a {$28.00} " nonpayment '' fee and decreased my credit limit. They have taken no action, ( I expect the credit limit to be returned and the fee removed ). I received a letter today stating that they consider the dispute to be resolved. I left a voice mail at B of A, since their business hours are XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Since I do NOT consider this dispute to be resolved ( since they have taken no action ), I am filing a new complaint.
