I returned a bracelet to XXXX on XX/XX/year>25 with signature to be signed upon receipt. I paid XXXX installments equaling XXXX XXXX received the return and refunded me the money to Synchrony bank is only giving me a check for XXXX saying they put the remaing credit towards my XXXX bill, but I received my XXXX bill and there is no credit, in fact I was charged an additional XXXX for a bracelet that was returned and received the week of XX/XX/year>25 I would like my full amount that I paid back from the bank. There is no reason they should be holding my money for an item that was clearly returned and received and for me to have to wait until XXXX for them to make adjustments.
