I have no knowledge and I didn't consent to a XXXX XXXX credit card. Portfolio recovery and XXXX XXXX didn't not notify me of debt or debt being sold. Portfolio recovery has called and text after being told that all communications should be by mail only. I've not been notified by mail of this debt. I didn't know about the debt until contacted by portfolio recovery. Portfolio recovery doesn't hold the original contract. The transfer of the debt was done improperly.
