Hello, Sir/Madam. I have been the victim of identity theft. I recently discovered that my personal information was used to open an account with the original creditor, Credit Ninja. I did not open or authorize this account, thus I request that it be closed immediately. I also ask that you absolve me of any charges on the account and take all required steps to remove information about this account from all records as soon as feasible!!!! A copy of my Identity Theft Report, which backs up my claim, is provided, along with copies of my Clarity Report and FTC ID Theft Report. A copy of the CFPB 's Notice to Information Furnishers is also given, which details your responsibilities as a provider of information to credit reporting bureaus. As a furnisher, upon receipt of a consumer 's written request accompanied by an Identity Theft Report, you must stop providing identity theft-related information to any CRA. The Notice also specifies your responsibilities when a CRA tells you, in accordance with Section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, that the information you provided to the CRA may be the result of identity theft. These responsibilities include refraining from providing inaccurate information to any CRAs and not attempting to sell or transfer fraudulent debts to another party for collection. Please investigate this problem, deactivate the account, clear me of any charges, adhere to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 's obligations, and send me a letter describing your findings and actions. IN ADDITION, I HAVE EMAILED, CALLED TO GET THIS ACCOUNT REMOVED WITHOUT FAIL AND THEY CONTINUE TO LIE LIE LIKE BUTTERFLIES!!!
