I removed an authorized user from my account but chase kept their card active and charges Im not making are still showing up. Mind you, I removed them, the card number was also changed, since Chase gives everyone the same card number on the account, they are not authorized to be doing that yet chase is allowing it. They told me to contact the merchant about it even though the merchant will not speak to me since its not my account, its the authorized users account with them. Chase is holding me responsible for these charges even though no one is authorized to spend on my account. This is against the card member agreement, and my billing rights.
