I setup the account with Autopay and they linked my bank account and were supposed to take the money on the day the balance was due. Then the day came and the autopay did not work on XXXX the day the balance was owed. I called on XXXX and they claimed my bank account did not work. I then manually paid the money with my debit card. I made it clear the mistake was on their end and I had successfully linked my bank and for whatever reason their system did not properly set up the payment with my bank. They agreed to waive all fees, interest, etc. Then I see a {$66.00} interest charge for two days of interest? If the XXXX bucks or so was due on XXXX, and their system did not properly link to my bank why do I owe XXXX bucks of interest. They are thieves and liars. I want this fake interest waived.
