If you can see to they had sent me a message back but ignored me again as you can see.. in the documents and I would like First Citizens Bank to review my account and readdress the terms of the contract to reflect a fair outcome, specifically aiming to satisfy my account balance to XXXX. I request a formal response from the CFO or another senior executive, and clear, actionable steps to resolve my issue. This resolution would be in the best interest of both parties and would help me move forward with a clean slate. When I read my consumer bill of rights thats why I want to readdress because this is not beneficial my Government name ( XXXX ) at all.
