I have made multiple calls over the past two months trying to get the SAVE application removed because of the litigation and to continue with the PAYE repayment plan I am currently on. My loans were placed in forbearance in XXXX but I wasn't informed of it until XXXX and not all of my loans were placed in forbearance at the same time. It put me in a paid ahead status which has effected my loan repayments as well. Every time I call MOHELA, I get place on hold for hours and then they disconnect. Today I was on hold since XXXX and they disconnected on me twice, which makes me have to call back get in another 2 hr. que time. I was on hold this last call for three hours before they disconnected. Its pretty ridiculous to be place on hold for an entire day to only be hung up on.
