I kept going back and forth with this company trying to resolve this issue. I had filed a complaint before with the Consumer Finance Bureau but to no avail. This debt was covered and paid for by my health insurance company. I received an email from XXXX stating that the issue had been resolved and they were going to remove the collections from my credit report immediately however they have not.
