Account number : XXXX I opened an XXXXXXXX XXXX Smartly checking account using the promotional link right on the XXXX XXXX website which promised to pay the bonus after meeting certain conditions, which have been long met. Origionally this offer was till XX/XX/year>, but then extended through XXXX XXXX. I opened an account on XX/XX/year>, well before the expiry date. ( I had saved terms and conditions which are attached here ) In this case, I didnt have to input any promitional code, as there was a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, all one had to do was to use the link and open an account using the link and then it was supposed to do whatever needed internally to pay the reward when the conditions have been met. I have talked to two reps right after the account was opened and made sure the offer had been applied properly. They said, dont worry we will put a note. The front line service reps dont know this offer was extened till XX/XX/year> and there is always not a code that one has to put, sometimes the code is embeded in the hyperlink. In anycase, I opened the account well before the deadline using the proper link and met all requirements to recieve the bonus. The internal XXXXXXXX XXXX confusion/glitch is preventing automatic system to pay this bonus.
