CHASE bank locked me out of both my online credit card access and checking account access. I am unable to sign in online or use my credit card or debit card to make a purchase or withdraw money. This lockout started on the XXXX of XX/XX/year>. I call the bank everyday since the XXXX up to a total of 30 times. They are unable to unlock my account. They told me to visit my local branch. I visited my local branch twice to unlock my account. They are still unable to help me. My money and credit card is locked I can not even access my own money. CHASE locked my account because I tried to purchase gold coins worth over XXXX on my credit card which got declined by CHASE for suspected fraud. I verified with chase bank that I made the purchase. They dont want to hear my side and continuing to leave my account blocked.
