I applied for a Apple Card Goldman Sachs on XX/XX/XXXX and was denied. Regardless of the reason for being denied under the Equal Opportunity Act and Consumer Credit Protection Act, denying me access to my credit is discrimination and fraudulent. I have the right to credit, withholding access to my securities, is security fraud. Since they are denying me my credits I would like my application retracted. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX my application with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX were denied twice. Regardless the fact or reason for denying me, they also in violation and discriminating me in the Equal Opportunity Act and Consumer Protection Act. Since I was denied my credits I want my applications retracted also. And compensated from both companies with full faith and credit. Thank you : agent and beneficiary
