Ive asked continuously for proof of identification, proof of purchases, and proof of signed documents to compare with my current documents. They failed to do so and threatened me that my credit would be bad and they was placing this on my credit. I have tried to call them for over three years and no one answers as if this company doesnt exist anymore. Please remove this derogatory and negativity from my account. Im trying to better my credit and provide a home for my family and I can not do so with something on my credit that has no connection whatsoever to me on my credit. Thank you in advance.
