Consumer Narrative

All is attached with Police Report I am submitting due to the police department not being able to obtain information to solve problem. At some point in XXXX, someone took over my mobile phone and even a man answered a call when my daughter called me. She called again and I answered, and this is when everything started to happen. This " hacker '' withdrawing funds from Bank of America, accessed our XXXX account I am submitting this complaint because, Bank of America refuses to replace my funds from the point of the first withdraw. Even working with Bank of America to put methods in place to stop the withdraws they continued to allow more withdraws. See police report attached that include all the funds that have been stolen and I have not been able to have my funds restored and the banks are not cooperating. When contacting CFPB on Complaint Number XXXX in XX/XX/year>, I had received calls from ( 2 ) different Bank of America executives speaking angrily that I put in this complaint and accused me of taking the funds, after everything was well documented and told me that they would not respond to CFPB.
