I had payments scheduled for my account ending XXXX and US Bank would withdraw funds for a payment on that specific day and there was an available balance, and then the next day there was even more money available in the account yet the payment was returned, causing me to have to pay late fees for missed payments. I had this happen several times this month and a couple of times last month. XXXX XXXX stated that it would depend on when the deposits were made, and I stated that US Bank 's process seems to be removing funds before depositing funds in order to keep consumers hurting for money and maybe they are in on the scam of charging these late fees. XXXX said that US Bank had no idea of when money would be deposited into my account until the day it happens and told him that was untrue. As I have XXXX bank that pays me XXXX days before US Bank does, which tells me US Bank knows at least XXXX days before they release the funds how much money is coming into my account. So if payments are withdrawn at XXXX, and my paycheck doesn't hit until XXXX, then US Bank says I do not have enough funds. US Bank is always willing to hold my paychecks for days, but when payments are made out of my account they want them to be instant. This is robbery of the American people 's hard earned money! Please Help!
