I made a payment of {$1000.00} in XX/XX/XXXX to pay off XXXX XXXX. This was never applied. I called on XX/XX/XXXX they stated they never got it. Called XX/XX/XXXX spoke to XXXX. He said he doesn't see my payment at mohela that it want to Dpt of Education then states I need to send proof. I sent secure message via website on XX/XX/XXXX. Called them back, XXXX states she sees my uploaded documents and to call back in 120 days. I call back XX/XX/XXXX speak to XXXX, she says she sees the payment but for XXXX not XXXX but neither are applied to my loan yet. I resend the information via fax. Supervisor states significant delays call back in ANOTHER 120 fays. Call back XX/XX/XXXX speak to XXXX, she does not see any of this payment. Speak to XXXX, says she sees my evidence and it just needs to be applied to my loan, call back In XXXX Called XX/XX/XXXX - hold quote XXXX minutes. Called XX/XX/XXXX hold quote 196 minutes. XX/XX/XXXX called at XXXX XXXX, hold time quote 2 minutes, I've been on hold for a half hour already. I had a similar problem getting {$100.00} posted to another loan which I also started trying to track down in XX/XX/XXXX and wasn't " found '' and " applied '' until XX/XX/XXXX. This missing payoff payment is for a loan they are now requiring me to make payments on starting XX/XX/XXXX,
