XXXX XXXX XXXX were sued by the federal government for school misconduct. My application for XXXX XXXX XXXX as been denied. After calling the help number XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I was given a vague reason as to why it was denied. " A variety of factors are considered in determining whether a private loan should be XXXX based on school misconduct and you do not meet the requirements for discharge. '' When I asked what type of documentation was missing, I was told that they couldn't share that information. I received no help or additional information on how the application could be addressed. In my initial application I submitted the court documents from XXXX XXXX which clearly lay out the joint complaint. I also attached XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Summary which states that borrowers that attended from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX are eligible for a discharge. ( I attended in XXXX ) I was told by the Mohela representative that I could not speak to anyone who reviews these cases and that she could not give me any information regarding my application. She was only able to state the vague reason for my denial.
