After filing my initial complaint here regarding the absolutely exorbitant deferred interest on promotional balances, I lost the ability to see all of my promotional balances through any web browser on multiple devices. I have made 4 calls regarding this, been transferred to their tech support, told a ticket was placed and not a single response or resolution has been made. The only way now for me to see my promotional balances is to log into a computer to view statements that only populate once per month. I can no longer anticipate or review deferred interest, allocate payments above the minimum due, or see what the remaining balances are. It's making it nearly impossible to effectively review, use, and pay my credit balances and it only started after my complaint here. I have to call every time I pay to allocate payments. The last person I spoke to said she could see everything just fine on her end, which makes me feel that this is a targeted attack on me personally when this information is unavailable through any means to me. I used to love Best Buy before this nightmare.
