World Finance has been inaccurately reporting on my credit reports for 7 years. The company isn't even in business anymore and refuses to remove a title from my reports after hundreds of disputes and demands for debt validations. They don't have a single contract with my signature on it. I went to see about getting a title loan on my paid-off car in XXXX after escaping domestic abuse and their interest rates were too high. As I started reading through the fine print during the contract signing I realized they were nothing but loan sharks and decided to go elsewhere. I got up and left and they placed a lien on my car without my consent. I never received a XXXX from them and have requested a contract and copy of a check or deposit slip for YEARS with NO PROOF ever provided. Their Scam has caused me huge financial constraints and burdens. They are predatory and illegal lenders. Reporting a CHARGE off to my credit profiles every single month for the last 7 years! They even repoed my car from the body shop after I'd been tboned and my car is written off as a total loss, at which time they sold MY car at auction for pennies and then wrote off the rest of their FAKE LOAN on their taxes and were paid from their insurance company for a loan they NEVER gave me and I NEVER consented to! They have destroyed my credit for years and my next step will be to SUE.
