On XX/XX/XXXX, a cashiers check for {$2300.00} was forged in my name and taken from my checking account at the chase bank on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stolen drivers license was used in this incident so the individual could further pose as myself. On XXXX XXXX XXXX, I had a fraudulent check drawn for {$2000.00} from my account with the check number XXXX. This forged check cashed at CHASE Bank at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. Then on XX/XX/XXXX, a check of {$600.00} was forged and taken from my account at this branch as well, again using my stolen drivers license as as proof of identity Chase bank has refused to return this money to me despite providing multiple police reports and reporting this as fraud.
