I made a payment in XXXX before I was laid off from my job and looking for a new one and notified the bank that I may fall behind a month while I was switching jobs. Switching jobs took me two months. They refuse to make it financially possible for me to catch up and even denied allowing me to make a payment at one time. Also denied me the opportunity for settlement when I asked them about that. I have also requested validation of this debt such as identifying factors and all customer service fraud department and other call request from me as from XXXX to XXXX I called Bank of America probably over 20 times and Was More than one occasion outsourced to a different countries call center who demanded me to give them my credit card number and my Social Security so I disconnected. Months later, I was able to finally reach somebody in XXXX. Still just demanded that I paid the full balance And insisted that was all they could do for me, even though my credit information was at stake due to them outsourcing Their Work. I have made about four payments on this credit card in the past six months. They close the account in XXXX. And I didnt know it until close to XXXX. And in XX/XX/XXXX They notified me via email that they would be closing the account soon if I didnt pay everything in full by the last day of the month. This is fraud. I am a single mother, and I have worked very hard on my credit. Bank of America credit card Is a scam. I have verbally requested validation of the debt at least four times. Two times through the credit bureau and twice over the phone the last time being about two months ago. Never received correspondence and had verified my contact information
