XXXX fraudulent transaction for {$990.00} on XXXX. Another on XXXX. Called USAA, bank acct on hold. I no longer have access to my own acct. I can not pay my credit card bills. USAA will not reimburse my account, they would not cancel the fraudulent zelle transactions even when I saw the transactions were still pending. I called to report within a few minutes of second transaction They say this may be under review up to 90 days. If this were a credit card company, they wouldve given me my money back already and even apologized for the inconvenience
