XXXX XXXX was a victim of the nation wide XXXX data breach, my personal information was used to purchase rental vehicles from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX ( {$4000.00} ) ( Dispute case # XXXX ), XX/XX/XXXX ( {$760.00} ) ( Dispute case # XXXX ) and XX/XX/XXXX ( {$490.00} ) ( Dispute case # XXXX ). My credit card company APPLE CARD, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA failed to investigate the fraudulent card pursuant to their own internal policies for handling consumer billing disputes. Apple Card, failed to arbitrate the dispute per consumer contract agreement upon the consumer request. Apple Card fraudulently informed the consumer that if he made payments to the card while the dispute was pending he would have access to his available credit. When the consumer made two {$1300.00} payments he was shortly thereafter blocked from using his available credit card. Apple Card still has refused to refund his {$2600.00} payment after they blocked his available credit limit upon his request. Apple Card has refused to provide the consumer with a copy of their written internal consumer billing dispute investigation policies and procedures. Apple Card has hidden dispute cases where XXXX XXXX has won allowing him to to have access to his credit limit while his dispute is pending.
