Greetings to whom this may concern, My name is XXXX XXXX stating that Ive been a victim of identify and credit card fraud. It began as I was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. While there in order to retrieve a XXXX someone took out an account in my name and made unauthorized decisions. All of which has led me to be in debt and hard to see myself getting out. Initially I may have been hesitant on contacting or replying to agencies on resolving this matter, being that's it hard been quite some time.
