I was in a car accident on XXXX XXXX with a car owned by another. I was unaware that the car was un insured at that time. Quite some time passed by and I was contacted by a debt collector company called Afni inc on behalf of progressive auto insurance on XXXX XXXX. I told the representative XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX that I can not pay this debt anytime and wont be able to anytime, soon as I am financially stressed and unable to afford anything. He thence became combative, and threatened the company can file to have my license taken away ( suspended ) if I didnt settle the matter, and start marking payments.
