I am submitting additional complaints against Mohela. My complaints are as follows : 1. Mohela failed to process my Teacher Student Loan Forgiveness application. I uploaded it on the site in addition to mailing it. I worked at a Title I school for 5 years as a Special Education teacher in which my employer verified. I both mailed and uploaded it to the site. Upon checking the site recently, I see that my submission disappeared. I am entitled to {$17000.00} in student loan forgiveness because I worked at a high needs school as a special education teacher. Per the law and what Ive been entitled to receive. Please do not share to upload on the site. That response would be bogus. I want answers that are concrete and offer solutions to get this issue and discrepancy resolved. 2. My second complaint is the ridiculous amount of interest that has accrued on my loan after consolidating and it was sent to Mohela. Per student aid.gov, the Department of Federal Aid, the amount I really owe is {$150000.00}. The screenshot attached is the most recent account as of XX/XX/year>. I should not be owing more than this amount. Unfortunately, Mohela hijacked my interest unfairly by doubling this amount to {$300000.00}. Thats preposterous. Respectfully, I did not pursue a medical degree! I should only be owing {$3600.00} in interest. XXXX. Lastly, I am submitting a complaint regarding customer care because of the XXXX hour wait times to only speak with a representative who can not help me and to then be transferred to another rep which usually takes an additional two hours.
