XXXX, debt proof, own no real estate, only income is social security. I did not receive any type of notification concerning credit card. I was not able to pay in 1921 due to sad situation and lost last of my money. I received a summons for court date for XX/XX/XXXX to appear in General Sessions court of XXXX XXXX. I am not able to pay this debt. By the time I pay rent, utilities, car insurance, secondary health care insurance, phone, WIFI, and food usually go with only few dollars for last two weeks of month. I do not have cable tv and furniture old. I completed a protected income that allows up to XXXX XXXX dollars protected property including my car and filed with clerk of court. I had major XXXX and XXXX which left me on a walker. I can still go to XXXX XXXX and shop for few groceries. Thank You
