I took out a pay in XXXX loan from Sezzle for {$75.00} to use at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year>, of which the first payment was taken immediately. It was supposed to be given to me as a XXXX XXXX gift card. The gift card never worked. I went back and forth between XXXXXXXX XXXX and Sezzle for weeks until over a month later XXXX XXXX was able to determine the gift card was voided. I spent another 4-6 weeks contacting Sezzle for a solution to no avail. In the meantime they have been charging fees and threatening to close my account as I refuse to pay on a loan I essentially did not receive.
