XXXX credit card had refunded {$940.00} on XX/XX/XXXX Which was correct, then when I got statement XX/XX/XXXX they had the {$940.00} back on my account. Ive called multiple times and got the run around saying they would fix it and as of XX/XX/XXXX it still isnt fixed and they have added {$960.00} and {$860.00} for me to pay in full. I talked to a XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX told her the situation and she asked if I wanted off the flex plan and I said I want the {$940.00} off the flex plan because it had been refunded the month before, she was rude and the next thing I know is when the two other charges were added. I spoke to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX said it would be handled in the next 3-5 days. Ive not heard a word. All I wanted was the {$940.00} off and its turned into a nightmare with Citi credit card. Not only does these charges add interest but its adding fees for the flex plan as well. All I wanted is them to make the refund stick and take the {$940.00} off..
