basically I opened up an account with citi bank credit card never used the card until I really needed to and unfortunately for me I work in restaurants and we have slow season so basically only people who been working for the company the longest can get more hours the rest of employees and the credit card company gave me 1 option I could use to possibly qualify for assistance but I was not approved because I was late on payments and when the harassment of phone calls I was never able to catch up because they never tried to work with me.
