XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, I was informed by a third party that Elan Financial Services wanted my contact information with concern of a financial matter. I personally reached out to Elan Financial Services for further explanation. At that time, I was informed by Elan Financial Services that their records reflected myself as a responsible party for an outstanding debt of approximately {$11000.00}. Elan Financial Services, at that time, was made aware that I had no knowledge of this alleged debt. I then promptly requested a dispute of the matter, along with all relevant documents, and provided my contact information ( phone, email, and address ) as none was on file to provide the requested documents. I'm still waiting.
