I signed up in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX for a Chase Sapphire Card because they were advertising that a lounge would be opening up in my home city of XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Well I pais the {$550.00} fee and they didn't open the lounge until XXXX. They never provided updates and the WHOLE reason I got the card was for the lounge access. I called them to cancel and they said they would provide me a prorated amount back on the fee. Then they never did. I called them again and they said no prorated refund. I told them i paid for a service that you sis not provide. I did use one benefit with a third party XXXX XXXX. I paid for that but after I cancelled Chase they cancelled the benefit for XXXX XXXX which I had paid for.
