Account XXXX I paid off my car in XXXX. My loan is with Chase Auto finance and I made my payment on the Chase Website. Chase sent me the title to the car. Weeks later they reversed the payoff. They have lied repeatedly as to why they reversed the payment. The account had sufficient funds. Chase violated its own internal controls reversing the payments. They told me customers not allowed to pay off loans online then hung up on me. Tonight they told me its my fault because I paid from a new account. That is a lie. I have had multiple accounts with Chase for years. Now they are reporting the payments late for a car I have paid. They want me to pay hundreds of dollars more to fix their mistake. I want Chase to reapply my payment, refund these bogus fees and train their people and clean up my credit removing this late payment. Please investigate this. Chase is doing this to other people. This is misreporting and violates internal controls
