After calling transunion 5 times and demanding that a fraudulent item that was previously removed from my credit report be removed again. I was told by 3 representatives that the account was not showing up on my report and was in fact removed. After XXXX sending over the updated credit report, the Goldman Sachs account was the first item on the list. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was disconnected every time. Secondly, not only did Goldman Sach send a letter stating that they removed the accounts from my report, they NEVER sent me a letter stating that they were reinserting the fraudulent items to my report which is violation 15 U.S.C. 1681i. The item was reinserted on XX/XX/XXXX and I was never informed as of XXXX XXXX to the point that the representatives say that its not even there. XXXX XXXX has done the same. The item was removed. The account is in a totally different name XXXX XXXX and they have also reinserted a fraudulent and inaccurate account without notice on to all. Of my credit reports. XXXX has hired at home representatives that have dogs barking and babies crying in the background to handle personal and private information. They are a private entity that is handling our life altering information as if they are handing out free raffle tickets. Just their work ethic alone is a violation of FCRA laws
