On or about XX/XX/year>, Chase Bank contacted me about suspicious activity on my credit card. Someone had charged {$640.00} for tickets to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never been to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and told Chase Bank in a phone call they recorded that the charge was not authorized by me. Chase Bank reversed the charge. However, there was another charge immediately before the {$640.00} for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for another {$640.00} that Chase Bank is insisting was authorized by me after I have repeatedly told them I did not authorize either {$640.00} charge. I appealed their ruling 3 times and Chase Bank is refusing to credit me for the fraud. I have read online complaints by other Chase Bank card holders who have also been scammed and Chase Bank held the card holders accountable for unauthorized charges. I am shocked that Chase Bank does not uphold ethical business practices to protect their customers from fraudulent activity and have severed my relationship with them.
