After I reported you my complain about the mortgage company on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received a payment statement for the property from the company on XXXX XXXX, it's purchase agreement was already terminated by the seller on XXXX XXXX, XXXX due to the delay by the mortgage company. The property has been on the market since the seller terminated the purchase agreement. Even the loan was never closed they have been requesting me monthly payments, it seems those activities may be same as fraud or scam? I sent the below email to the company but no one responded except out of office inf. by one of recipients. Even I informed them to report cfpb, they still did not answered : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( 2 days ago ) To : All parties to whom it may concern : I received a statement account No. XXXX from XXXX, Better Mortgage to pay a monthly installment of {$1000.00} before XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The mortgage was never signed and closed due to the discrepancies of double charged XXXX half XXXX taxes and the seller already cancelled the purchase agreement and I had to sign roo. This is another violation of cfpb laws and guidelines, I have to report this as an additional complaint to cfpb. XXXX
