On XX/XX/year>, I was involved with an app called XXXX ( Bet on headlines ) ( mobile app ), I first found out about it through an advertisement, I soon tried it out since I had seen it was a legal app authorized by the government officials, well I put in {$220.00} into my account considering you can take it out at any given time, I thought to myself, Well, there is not much of a risk, even if I lose something I will only loose minor fees. As soon as I put my money in, it had soon shot up profiting {$40.00} USD, when I went to go sell it had authorized me but kept having issues, bugging, glitching, freezing, logging me of the app, I know this was not my phone as it was fully charged, I had good connection with the internet but as soon as I went on this app all problems let loose, at XXXX all my money went to $ XXXX XXXX freaked out, I waited until XXXX for my funds to recover I was able to get my funds and submit cashout to my {$220.00} as soon as I did so, the screen froze for over 2 minutes, reloading my screen, of course I freaked out and did my absolute all to get back in it, but as soon as I was back on it all my funds were gone turning into $ XXXX this was truly a scam, I have all proof and provided it to my bank, my bank is so lazy and does not do anything at all to help me they never do even thought I have never charge backed anything, they still give the benefit of doubt to XXXX a scam company I have done my all to contact head support, which saw and read all my evidence, they themselves felt as if it was unfair and admitted to it, they checked all my account details proving that I was telling the truth, XXXX XXXX still ignored me at the end and only said sorry for the situation, he is trying to dodge this with his team as much as possible since they are still such a small team, they don't have a clue about the system of a support team, they only ignore and will come up with an excuse non related to the incident please stay away from XXXX and I had no control over it, and it is Legal!!! I find this unbelievable, and I just need help getting awareness ; this has been a nightmare mentally.
