I applied for a XXXX XXXX Credit Card from Chase Bank. The offer was {$400.00} credit offered as {$200.00} egift card and {$200.00} statement credit on spending {$500.00} with the card. The egift card was due upon approval of the card. My card was approved on XX/XX/year>. I asked about the egift card. They said it will be sent to my email id within 2 business days. I waited until XX/XX/XXXX as I did not receive the card. I called them and escalated. They said they would repond urgently and send me the egift card. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email that I should send them a secure email back. Which I did. Again I get another secure email saying that they're creating another ticket. They're simply sending me in circles and not honoring their offer. I have a copy of the offer saved.
