Last year in XXXX, I had a business credit card with Chase bank, that accumulated over {>= $1,000,000} points which was the equivalent to {$21000.00} in rewards. The bank confiscated all XXXX points and closed the account. After initiating an investigation Chase reinstated my XXXX XXXX points and returned the {$21000.00} that was confiscated. Without any notice, and no outstanding debt owed to Chase ( the account was current and had a {$0.00} balance ) Chase reported a 60 day late payment to all credit bureau 's, which has severely impacted my credit. This is inaccurate reporting as there was never a late payment, no notices sent about any said late payment and they card was less than 6 months old and closed with a {$0.00} balance. I have spent numerous hours trying to speak to someone at Chase bank and no one is willing to give any information or their names or employee ID numbers. My credit went from XXXX to XXXX. Due to the inaccurate reporting of a late payment, and failure to provide any notice, I'm requesting the falsely made late payment mark be removed from my credit report.
