on XXXX of XXXX, I contacted Bank of America to set up auto payments for my account ending in XXXX. When I called they said it may take 2 months for the auto payments to take place so I have started to do manual payment for a few months but in XXXX & XXXX I have travelled to XXXX for a family emergency and I have thought the auto payments would take care of the monthly payment in XXXX but system did not trigger auto payments, causing a 30- day late mark for month of XXXX. Also, my credit card has expired in XXXX XXXX and have not received a new card from Bank of America and this could have also caused for the auto payment issues due to the card expiration. I have a reached out to Bank of America to dispute this and they have said they have sent this information to the credit Bureaus but have not gotten any resolution yet. I have worked so hard to keep my score above XXXX and because of this error my score has dropped from XXXX to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. This is impacting our plans to secure a mortgage. I have a strong payment history and ask for understanding to restore my credit report and to remove the XXXX - day late mark caused by auto payments issue.
