I have a. Military Star card account that was closed and paid in full since 2021 after multiple disputes and contacting both Credit report companies and Creditor submitting proof and requesting review neither company admits responsibility and to this day unable to resolve and or correct information. Credit bureaus do not contact creditor ton resolve disputes. Creditor will not contact Credit bureaus to give correct information. This has gone back and forth for years and is affecting my life and credit history.
