XX/XX/XXXX The busiest time of the year in XXXX, I am shopping for XXXX gifts - a very long list of things to do before the holiday and USAA has locked my account. Locked access to roughly XXXX XXXX I have been on hold for XXXX hours now. The first hour was abruptly ended when they hung up on me while being on hold. I am still on hold. Scared to death that I can no longer feed my family this XXXX. USAA an institution were supposed to trust to take care of our veterans and their families is ruining my holiday and potentially responsible for emotionally traumatizing myself and my family with a barren XXXX this year because they can not communicate in a modern capacity nor pick up the XXXX phone.
